Being the head of my own company means I always have a suitcase on stand by. My lifestyle really did not bother me until I noticed that unmistakeable tire forming around my mid-section and my thighs were getting more familiar with each other by the day.

Most of my meals consisted of airport snacks and fast food. Then I found Body Beast. I was reluctant at first because I do travel and adding another situation to my schedule just did not seem feasible, but I gave it a shot and was excited to see that it came with a Body Beast App.

Everyone desires to have a beach body, but not many people are dedicated enough to achieve it. There is no miracle pill or quick fix when it comes to getting fit. The only tried and true method to get fit is to be persistent, which this article will help you with.

Make sure you remember to stretch daily. Stretching is especially important before you begin exercising. Limbering up will lessen your chances of pulling a muscle or injuring yourself. It also keeps you flexible and better prepares the rest of your body for the workout that is about to come.

Some older adults will become less mobile because of their loss of balance when walking. Using a walking cane or a walker will help improve balance and lessen the chance from falling. However, studies have shown that using a pole instead of a cane or walker is better for the older adult. I am 42 days in and my tire has began deflation and my thighs are learning to love each other from a distance. I could not be more satisfied and grateful to Sagi Kalev for creating a workout system that has literally changed multiple areas of my life.
